As such in the case where the exercise of any right we may have under these Terms including cessation of service would merely require we find alternative means to meet the obligations for the provision of information and data under an Existing Agreement.

These Terms will be governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any failure by us to enforce any provision or right in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. If any provision of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
